New Owners Change Names of KeyLink Solutions and Visual Claims

Germantown, WI - June 5, 2006 - The new ownership group and Thomas Witter, president and CEO, have announced name changes for one of southeastern Wisconsin’s leading benefits administrators and its proprietary claims processing software company.

According to Witter, KeyLink Solutions is now Conservent Benefit Plan Administrators and the proprietary software company Visual Claims, is now Virtual Benefits Administrator.

Witter said, “The Conservent name is derived from consolidated services enterprise which speaks to our initiative of being the ‘one stop shop’ for employee benefits. Our motto is ‘best quality – lowest cost – shortest lead time.’”

Conservent is also in the process of adding products and services that will enhance benefits for employers and brokers, such as Choice One, a new insured, individual, short-term medical product.

“We’ve also changed the name of our dynamic proprietary claims processing software from Visual Claims to Virtual Benefits Administrator,” Witter said.

“This software is used by benefit claims processors in the United States and has clients in several foreign countries,” he continued.

“The new name helps us convey to our customers that they will always have the cutting edge technology that will provide fast, accurate information that will help make benefits decisions more confidently and effectively,” Witter concluded.
